About the Role
We are seeking skilled Engineering and Welding Professionals in Kuwait for deployment to a leading industrial project in Europe on a 2-year contract. This role offers experienced candidates international exposure within structured industrial, structural, and piping environments. You will support high-standard fabrication and welding workflows while adhering to rigorous technical and safety expectations. The position is suited to professionals ready to deliver quality outcomes on complex, large-scale installations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform precision welding tasks including TIG Pipe (141), MIG/MAG (135/136), Plate (FCAW/MIG), and Multi-process (TIG + MIG) as assigned.
- Execute pipe fitting, steel structure fitting, assembly, and integrated fit-and-weld fabrication to specification.
- Interpret technical drawings and isometric layouts to plan and complete work accurately.
- Maintain compliance with EN ISO 9606-1 and relevant welding standards while ensuring traceability and quality.
- Support site coordination, material handling, and alignment with project schedules and safety protocols.
- Carry out inspections, dimensional checks, and defect prevention during fabrication and installation phases.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and best-practice implementation across welding and fabrication teams.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant technical experience in welding, fabrication, or industrial pipe works within heavy engineering contexts.
- Demonstrated ability to read and work from technical drawings, with isometric interpretation preferred.
- Valid certifications for assigned processes; EN ISO 9606-1 preferred for welders and equivalent qualifications for fitters.
- Proven experience in industrial, structural, or piping environments with a focus on accuracy and safety.
- Physical capability to perform duties under standard 8-hour shifts over 26 working days per month.
- Professional attitude toward teamwork, supervision, and adherence to project quality requirements.
- Availability to deploy from Kuwait and meet contract travel and documentation prerequisites.
