Key Responsibilities
- Collect, submit, and deliver documents to external authorities within deadlines
- Receive, record, and distribute permits to internal teams
- Track application statuses and follow up on pending items
- Coordinate vehicle inspections and verify document compliance
- Maintain organized logs and document control systems
- Report delays, missing items, or procedural issues to supervisors
- Represent the company professionally during site visits and stakeholder interactions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in administration, logistics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in document management or permit processing
- Knowledge of local Kuwaiti regulations and compliance standards
