About the Role
We are seeking experienced and reliable Bike Riders for Talabat delivery operations in Kuwait. This position involves making food and grocery deliveries across various locations in Kuwait, with compensation based on the number of orders completed. Riders work independently on the road and are responsible for timely and safe delivery of customer orders. The role requires dedication to meeting daily delivery targets while maintaining professional standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete food and grocery deliveries to customers across Kuwait
- Maintain safe riding practices and follow traffic regulations
- Navigate efficiently using knowledge of Kuwait areas and routes
- Ensure timely delivery within specified timeframes
- Communicate professionally with customers during delivery
- Maintain delivery equipment and report any issues
- Meet daily order targets of 420 deliveries
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in bike riding with good knowledge of traffic rules
- Basic communication skills in English and/or Arabic
- Familiarity with Kuwait areas and road networks
- Responsible, reliable, and hardworking attitude
- Valid motorcycle license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Physical fitness to handle multiple deliveries per day
