About the Role
Gulf Bank seeks an Associate, Early & Mid Collection to support recovery and account stability across Al Asimah, Kuwait. You will manage early-stage and mid-cycle delinquency with focused outreach, clear documentation, and compliant treatment plans. This role balances consistent performance with empathetic resolution to protect customer relationships and bank interests.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers promptly to review overdue accounts and agree on realistic repayment steps.
- Maintain accurate case notes, payment schedules, and follow-up records in bank systems.
- Apply collection policies and regulatory standards while resolving disputes and escalations.
- Coordinate with internal risk, operations, and legal partners to streamline recoveries.
- Monitor portfolio trends and propose practical controls to reduce repeat delinquency.
- Deliver regular status updates and escalate high-risk accounts as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of collection, recoveries, or credit management experience.
- Familiarity with Kuwaiti banking regulations and fair collection practices.
- Strong verbal and written communication with diverse customer profiles.
- Proficiency in core banking and collections software tools.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
