About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results‑driven Assistant Sales Manager based in Kuwait to promote Dubai as a premier travel destination. The role focuses on building and nurturing relationships with B2B travel agencies and trade partners, delivering compelling presentations, and supporting regional sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to position Dubai as a top leisure and business travel choice in Kuwait.
- Maintain and expand partnerships with travel agencies, tour operators, and other trade partners.
- Represent Dubai at trade shows, travel fairs, roadshows, and workshops across Kuwait and the wider GCC.
- Deliver engaging presentations and product training sessions to travel trade partners.
- Identify new market opportunities and provide insights on emerging travel trends.
- Collaborate with Dubai‑based marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment of regional initiatives.
- Travel within the GCC for events, meetings, and familiarisation trips as required.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or destination marketing, preferably within the travel industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong relationship‑building capabilities and a track record of growing partner networks.
- Good understanding of GCC travel market dynamics and trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
- Willingness to travel frequently across the region.
