About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager Finance to join our team in Kuwait. This position involves leading financial analysis and modeling initiatives to support strategic decision-making across the organization. You will be responsible for forecasting, reporting, and analyzing key operational metrics while working closely with various business units. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data and create sophisticated financial models to support executive decision-making
- Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and track operational metrics across business units
- Prepare financial performance reports and materials for regular management reviews
- Conduct variance analysis, identify trends, and recommend operational improvements
- Collaborate with Finance teams across business verticals to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Develop automated reporting tools and enhance productivity through process improvements
- Conduct market research, business valuations, and prepare benchmarking analysis for strategic initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related quantitative field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or corporate finance roles
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Experience with financial reporting systems and advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge of business valuation methods and M&A financial analysis
- Excellent analytical thinking with ability to interpret complex data sets
- Strong communication skills with ability to present findings to senior management
