Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and end-to-end AI solutions aligned with product goals.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to define requirements and prioritize roadmaps.
- Implement algorithms for natural language processing, computer vision, and predictive analytics at scale.
- Optimize models for accuracy, performance, and cost-efficiency across diverse workloads and environments.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, security standards, and responsible AI principles.
- Monitor system performance, diagnose issues, and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers to strengthen team capability and delivery quality.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a closely related field.
- 5 or more years of AI/ML engineering experience with hands-on model development and deployment.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn for production-grade workflows.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with big data tools including Spark, Hadoop, and reliable data pipeline architectures.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills with a focus on clarity and impact.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage for regional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
